Participants (or their guardians, if appropriate) accept the following terms and conditions by signing up for our online English language courses:

1. Qualifications

To enroll, schoolchildren need permission from their parents or guardians.

To enlist on their own, adults must be at least eighteen years old.

2. Payment and Enrollment

Only after the course money has been paid in full is enrollment confirmed.

Unless otherwise noted in a particular refund policy, fees are not refundable.

Any applicable taxes apply to all fees and charges.

3. Technology and Class Access

Participants are in charge of making sure they have access to compatible devices, the required software or apps, and a steady internet connection.

Unless otherwise specified, missed classes will not be rescheduled. If applicable, the instructor may choose to give recordings.

4. Conduct Code

Participants are expected to treat teachers and other students with dignity.

Inappropriate or disruptive behavior can get you expelled out of the course without a refund.

It is completely forbidden to share recordings, course materials, or login information without authorization.

5. Property Rights

Lesson plans, recordings, handouts, and other course materials are all the organizers’ intellectual property and are intended solely for individual use. Reproduction or distribution without permission is forbidden.

6. Modifications and Retractions

Classes may be canceled or rescheduled by the organizers at any time with advance notice.

Participants will be eligible for a rescheduling if the organizers decide to cancel.

7. Resolving Conflicts

The organizers should be notified in writing of any disagreements or grievances. There will be an attempt to settle disputes amicably.

8. Terms Accepted

Participants and guardians (if applicable) attest to having read, comprehended, and accepted these terms and conditions by signing up for the program.
